 | Join GMAG! |
| GMAG works through the active involvement of member agencies represented by their agency leaders. Upon joining, agency leaders (Full Members) automatically become members of the GMAG Board of Directors. The Board annually selects an Executive Board to lead the organization. An Executive Director assists with the administrative duties of the group, while Area teams work on Administrative, Operational, and Logistical projects, as well as respond to emergencies. |

Under the leadership of Dave Wall and Mike Byrd, we are finally achieving our goal.
We encourage every Fire Chief involved in improving the next generation of Fire Department top managers (Deputy Chiefs, Assistant Chiefs, Captains, Lieutenants, Battalion Chiefs, etc.) to authorize staff attendance at current Academy offerings. These classes bring to the attention of managers information on personnel management as well as problem solving techniques to meet some of our biggest problems : |
