IAFC Company Officer Leadership Symposium, Level 2 (ODP-COLS II) April 24-26, 2019

Join Atlanta Fire Rescue Department and the Metro Atlanta Fire Chiefs Association as we host the IAFC Company Officer Leadership Symposium, Level 2 (ODP-COLS II) on April 24-26, 2019.

This training is offered at no cost to members of your department through the generous support of Metro Atlanta Fire Chiefs Association, Atlanta Fire Rescue Department, International Association of Fire Chiefs Foundation, and the Motorola Solutions Foundation. Register by April 15, 2019.

The COLS program provides company officers with specific leadership training geared toward their department responsibilities. This comprehensive program has established learning objectives based on NFPA 1021 Job Performance Requirements (JPRs) and the IAFC Officer Development Handbook, Second Edition.

This program offering is the second level of the IAFC’s Officer Development Program (ODP), providing company officers the essential skills to function at or transition to a leadership role. Participants leave with tools and resources to be successful as a leader in their department and their community.

  • There are no prerequisites for this course; however, this is a follow-on course if you previously completed ODP-COLS I.
  • Attendees must attend all sessions and all days of the program to receive credit.
  • REGISTER NOW Space is limited. Please register by April 15, 2019.
